Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our independent driving test booking assistance service.

About Our Service
We are an independent booking assistance service. We monitor DVSA driving test centre availability on your behalf and notify you when a suitable slot becomes available. We then help you complete the steps to secure your booking. We are NOT affiliated with the DVSA or UK government.
No. We are a completely independent, private company. We have no affiliation with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), the DVLA, or any UK government authority. We provide a third-party administrative assistance service.
Yes, absolutely. We provide a legitimate administrative assistance service. There is nothing unlawful about a third party helping you find and organise your DVSA test booking.
We cannot guarantee a specific slot — that depends entirely on DVSA availability. However, we guarantee we will monitor and search for suitable slots for the full duration of your plan. If we are unable to find a slot within the first 14 days, we offer a full refund.
Booking & Process
Our average time to find a suitable slot is 3–5 days. Cancellations occur daily at most test centres. Popular urban centres (London, Birmingham, Manchester) may take longer. Our Premium plan gives you priority access and monitoring across up to 10 centres.
Yes. You can specify up to 5 test centres on our Standard plan, or 10 on Premium. The more centres you include and the more flexible your date range, the faster we are likely to find a slot.
We contact you immediately by phone and email. You have the option to accept or decline the slot. Once you confirm, we complete the administrative steps to secure the booking and send you confirmation.
No. We do not require your DVSA account login details. We guide you through the process in a way that keeps your account secure at all times.
Fees & Refunds
No. The official DVSA test fee — currently £62 for a car practical test on a weekday and £23 for a theory test — is paid separately and directly to the DVSA. Our service fee covers administrative assistance only.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if we have been unable to find a suitable slot. If you cancel after a slot has been secured on your behalf, the fee is non-refundable. See our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
None. The price on our Pricing page is exactly what you pay, inclusive of VAT. No setup charges, no monthly fees.
DVSA Test Information
The DVSA fee for a car practical test is £62 on weekdays and £75 on evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. This is paid directly to the DVSA and is separate from our service fee.
Your theory test pass certificate is valid for 2 years. You must pass your practical driving test within this period, or you will need to retake the theory test.
You must bring your UK provisional driving licence. If you have a paper licence, bring your theory test pass certificate too. You need a roadworthy vehicle (your own or your instructor's), and glasses or contact lenses if required.
