1. About Us & Our Service

EarlyPass UK is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, providing independent administrative booking assistance to learner drivers in England. We are not the DVSA. We are not an official government service. Our service fee is separate from and in addition to the official DVSA test fee.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

3. Our Services

We provide: monitoring DVSA test centre availability for your criteria; alerting you when a suitable slot appears; administrative assistance to complete the DVSA booking process; and customer support throughout.

We do not: guarantee test slots, guarantee you will pass your test, act as a DVSA representative, or have any official affiliation with the DVSA.

4. Service Fees and Payment

Our service fees are as listed on our Pricing page, inclusive of VAT. The official DVSA test fee (£62 car practical weekday, £23 theory) is paid separately and directly to the DVSA. We do not collect DVSA test fees. Payment for our service is required in full at the time of placing your booking request.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• 14-day cooling-off period: You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided we have not yet secured a slot on your behalf.
• After a slot is secured: Once we have secured a DVSA slot and you have confirmed, our service fee is non-refundable.
• If we cannot find a slot: If we are unable to find a suitable slot within the monitoring period, we will provide a full refund.
• DVSA cancellations: If the DVSA cancels your test, Premium plan customers receive free re-monitoring at no additional charge.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring you are eligible to take a DVSA driving test
• Providing accurate information in your booking request
• Paying the official DVSA test fee directly to the DVSA
• Attending your test on the confirmed date and bringing required documents

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for: your failure to pass your test, DVSA decisions or cancellations, indirect or consequential loss, or losses arising from your failure to comply with DVSA requirements.

8. Disclaimer

Our service is provided "as is". Slot availability is entirely within the control of the DVSA and we have no influence over it. We monitor and report what the DVSA system shows.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
